Last month, we attended Data Summit 2018 here in Boston. There were a number of topics discussed at this 3-day conference surrounding big data technologies, including AI, ML, graph technology and moving to the cloud (for a good overview of the topics discussed, read Joyce Wells and Stephanie Simone of DBTA's 12 Key Takeaways About Data and Analytics from Data Summit 2018).
